When can we arrive and depart?

Villa hire periods are for a minimum of one week. Clients should arrive between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm on the day of arrival and vacate the property by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you require special arrival/departure times, please contact Elysian Villas ahead of time and we will try to arrange for the changes.

How do we find our villa?

Once we receive the signed Contract and 40% deposit, we will send you an information booklet which will contain information on how to get to your villa. However, you can find general information about the location and the accessibility for every villa by clicking the map button.

What is provided with the villa?

Bed linen and bath towels (but not beach towels) will be provided. The kitchen will be well equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and utensils, oven, fridge and in some cases dishwasher and washing machine.

How often my villa will be cleaned?

Your villa will be cleaned for your arrival. If your booking is for more than one week, bed linen and towels will be changed and cleaning will be taken on a weekly basis.

How can we book and pay for our villa?

Our website allows you to view the villas that are available each season. Once you have selected the villa of your choice, simply email Elysian Villas or call us. We will confirm availability and we will send you a Contract for you to sign and return together with your 40% deposit. Deposits are payable in Euro into Elysian Villas account. When we receive your deposit into our company account, we will send you a receipt. The completed Contract will be returned to you. Eight weeks before your arrival, we will send you a notice for the balancing payment. Once the balancing payment has been paid we will send you a receipt.

How much and when do I have to pay?

The Client acknowledges being a member of the traveling party and shall pay a partially non-refundable deposit of 40% of the Total Rental Amount within 4 days of signing a Contract. The remaining balance is due eight weeks before the rental period. If booking within eight weeks of the rental date, the entire contract price shall be paid within 4 days of signing the Contract.

Is there a deposit to be paid for breakages and damage?

A Security Deposit in cash Euro is payable upon check-in at the property. Client is further responsible for any damages exceeding the Security Deposit. Prior to departure, the Client together with the Owner will visit the property in order to verify its conditions.

What happens if I want to cancel my villa booking?

All cancellations are subject to penalties based on the date we receive Client’s written notice of cancellation. These charges are immediately payable by the Client:

• 56 to 30 days prior to the rental period: 50% of the full rental price;

• 29 to 10 days prior to the rental period: 80% of the full rental price;

• 9 or less days prior to the rental period: 100% of the full rental price.

Changes to the rental date are a complete cancellation.

Can I take my pet on holiday?

Prior consent of the Owner is absolutely necessary to bring your pet with you. If there is no such prior agreement, a pet is found on the premises (or more than agreed), the Owner has the right to refuse the rental, cancel immediately the Contract and withhold the payment.
